Our standard series includes the RC039, RC050, RC075, RC100, and RC125, covering center spacings from 1.27mm (50mil) to meet various PCB pad densities. The probes feature a consistent full stroke of 6.3mm with a 4.3mm working stroke, offering optional spring forces (e.g., 100g ±20%) for stable contact. Constructed with gold-plated beryllium copper or steel plungers and phosphor copper barrels, they ensure excellent electrical performance, supporting currents up to 5A (RC100) with low contact resistance (≤50mΩ). With an operational range of -40°C to +80°C and a mechanical life exceeding 100,000 cycles, they are built for demanding production environments.
